Subhas Das – Mr. Das is an electrical engineering graduate and PG in energy management and is a Lead Consultant for Dharitri Solar Private Limited. He has over 35+ years of experience both in private and public sector organization. Previously worked with Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd and trained in Power Engineers’ Training Society (PETS) for O&M in thermal power plants. Mr. Das also worked in National Productivity Council and handled many assignments relating to Energy Management (300+ numbers of electrical, thermal and non-conventional energy audit studies) and Productivity Improvements. Mr. Das has been especially trained in UK under UNDP programme in energy management services and conducted many assignments. Mr. Das then worked with ABC Consultants and specialized in Consultancy and Training (Energy Management, Productivity Improvement and HR studies) and Recruitment and staffing. Mr. Das is a visiting faculty in many management & technical institutes. He has visited USA, UK, France, Australia, Indonesia, Kenya, Thailand, Singapore, Middle East and Switzerland on various business assignments.
Aniruddha Roy – Mr. Roy is a Lead Consultant at Dharitri Solar Private Limited. He is B.Tech-Civil (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur by qualification and consultant cum trainer by profession. Mr. Roy has also received advanced level of training in the field of quality & environment from organizations of international repute. Mr. Roy has helped many companies in undertaking quality / process improvement initiative, system integration, management restructuring and manpower planning studies, etc. Mr. Roy is associated with BIS in the development and adoption of various management system standards. Mr. Roy is also a qualified 5S trainer from Developmental Academy, Philippines. Mr. Roy has helped several companies in obtaining ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Roy is also a lead assessor in CMM - ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. Mr. Roy visited Austria, Singapore, Philippines and UK for various business assignments.
